• Direct Billing not available to private health insurance companies (excluding Medavie Blue Cross). WSIB not accepted.

• ​Physician referral required for access to Medical Services.

• Physician referral is not required for access to all other services, however, we recommend checking with your private insurer to see if they require a physician's referral for reimbursement.
