TCM ACUPUNCTURE

Ancient practice. Compassionate care.

Traditional Chinese Acupuncture is a treatment that uses fine needles and cupping for stimulation, Tui Na (Chinese massage), Gua Sha (massage with a tool), nutrition therapy and movement to help manage pain, promote healing, and improve overall balance and wellness. Our acupuncturists provide personalised care to help address a range of concerns, including chronic pain, women’s health, stress, and other health conditions.

Following a thorough assessment, treatment is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Acupuncture may be used on its own or alongside other rehabilitation services to support recovery, improve function and complement your overall recovery or improvement plan.

Pain Management

Helps reduce pain and inflammation to support recovery.

Women's Health

Supports women through menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.

Stress & Wellness Support

Helps to rewire the nervous system and brain.

Injury Recovery

Complements rehabilitation and supports healing.

Our acupuncturist works collaboratively with other healthcare providers involved in your care to ensure a coordinated approach that supports your health goals.

No referral is required to see a acupuncturist in Ontario. However, some private insurers may require a referral for reimbursement, so we recommend checking with your provider before your appointment.
