OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Helping you do what matters most to you.
Occupational therapy helps people of all abilities participate in the activities that are most important to them. With a unique focus on adapting environments, tools, and everyday tasks, occupational therapists support independence and improve function at home, work, school, and in the community by addressing physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges.
Our occupational therapist takes a holistic, client-centred approach to care, considering your physical, cognitive and psychosocial needs to develop a treatment plan that reflects your individual goals. Using evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions, we work alongside you as an equal member of the rehabilitation team to help you participate more fully in your daily life. Our occupational therapist provides evidence-based, trauma-informed care tailored to your individual goals.
Our Occupational Therapy services focus on pain management, concussion care, and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation. We help patients manage persistent pain and symptoms, such as fatigue, memory, concentration, sensory changes, and emotional regulation through personalized strategies and activity modifications. Our goal is to support independence and improve participation in work, school, home, and daily life. Visit our Post-Concussion Management and Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation page for more information.
